IF the grade are not in percentage then we have to divide this grades by sum of all weights.

= ({w1 × g1} + {w2 × g2} + {w3 × g3}) / (w1 + w2 + w3)
= ({30 × 70} + {20 × 90} + {35 × 78}) / (30 + 20 + 35)
= (2100 + 1800 + 2730) / (85)
= 78
